Thanks Michael ! You see, in French, the expression 
“Le français suit” is just incomprehensible . It is both incorrect in its
grammar and a bit impolite. It is like the
the song for the Liberal campaign that says in its French 
translation “Une main haute pour...” which does not mean 
anything in French. Translation is a subtle art !  About 60 percent
of the English dictionary comes from French. So it should
be easy...  And although French was spoken in Great Britain
for four centuries in the royal court, after the Hasting battle in 1066,
the grammar is different. 
   Yes, you are right, if my suggestion recalls Revenue
Canada, it should be changed !
