[cmath] CMS Excecutive Office Relocation - Changement du lieu du bureau administratif de la SMC

The University of Ottawa has very recently determined that the space 
currently occupied by the CMS has significant structural problems that 
necessitate moving the CMS Executive Office.

Efforts made by the Executive office in collaboration with the 
University of Ottawa resulted in securing a space on Campus of the 
University for the short-term.


Please note that mailing address and the phone numbers for the CMS 
Executive Office, including fax and staff extensions will not change.

The move is scheduled to take place from September 4 to September 8, 
inclusive.

During this period, both voice and electronic communications will be 
disrupted.  Although other electronic systems will be down during the 
move, it is expected that the CMS Web site will continue to operate.

The Office should be functional again by September 9 and if any emails 
or voice mail messages do not get responses, please check with the 
Office after September 9.

The CMS regrets any inconvenience this may cause and I ask for your 
patience during this difficult period.

I also wish to thank all of the staff of the Executive Office, the 
colleagues at the University of Ottawa and those others who have helped 
with the many aspects of the relocation.

L'Université d'Ottawa a récemment déterminé que le bâtiment actuellement 
occupé par la SMC a des problèmes structuraux sérieux qui nécessitent le 
déménagement du bureau exécutif.

Grâce aux efforts déployés par le bureau exécutif en collaboration avec 
 l'Université d'Ottawa, un autre espace pour la SMC a été obtenu sur 
campus à court terme.

Veuillez noter que l'adresse postale, les numéros de téléphone et les 
numéros de fax pour le bureau exécutif de la SMC ne changeront pas.


Le déménagement aura du 4 au 8 septembre, inclusivement.


Durant cette période, les communications téléphoniques et électroniques 
seront interrompues. On s'attend à ce que le site Web de SMC continue à 
fonctionner, bien que d'autres systèmes électroniques soient hors service.


Le bureau devrait être fonctionnel comme d'habitude à partir du 9 
septembre. Veuillez communiquer avec le bureau après le 9 septembre si 
nous n'avons pas répondu à vos courriers électroniques ou à vos messages.


La CMS regrette tout désagrément que ceci pourrait vous causer et 
j'apprécie votre patience au cours de cette période difficile.


Je voudrais également remercier tout le personnel de la SMC, les
