currently occupied by the CMS has significant structural problems that
necessitate moving the CMS Executive Office.<br>

Ottawa resulted in securing a space on Campus of the University for the

<span></span>The move is scheduled to take place from September 4 to
September 8,<span> </span>inclusive.<br>

<span></span>During this period, both voice and electronic
communications will be<span> </span>disrupted. Although other
electronic systems will be down during the<span> </span>move, it is
expected that the CMS Web site will continue to operate.<br>
<br>
<span></span>The Office should be functional again by September 9 and
if any emails or voice mail messages do not get responses, please check
with the <span></span>Office after September 9.<br>

<span></span>The CMS regrets any inconvenience this may cause and I ask
for your<span> </span>patience during this difficult period.<br>

I also wish to thank all of the staff of the Executive Office, the
colleagues at the University of Ottawa and those others who have helped
with the many aspects of the relocation.<br>
