Our client, a high-profile, publicly traded company, here in Toronto, is 
currently looking for a Sr. Statistician.

Sr. Statistician

- Development of statistical models to drive optimum business decisions /
   customer treatments
- Monitoring of model performance, generating insights & recommendations
- Designing and analyzing tests (Design of Experiments)
- Providing general statistical consultancy to the business
- Applying advanced statistical techniques to develop and implement
   innovative, effective solutions
- Collaborating on large projects across multiple business areas
- Communicating results, recommendations to senior management

Required:

- Graduate degree in statistics, econometrics, advanced math, or similar
   analytical field OR undergraduate degree in previous areas with 2+ years
   of hands-on modeling experience;
- Familiarity with SAS and/or strong programming experience with other
   statistical packages
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
   independently in a constantly changing environment

Preferred:
- Advanced statistics degree
- Strong SAS skills
