Hello, Bonjour,

Members of the STEM Community have written and signed an open letter to 
the Government of Canada respectfully requesting an increase of funding 
to graduate student trainees and postdoctoral scientists funded by the 
Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC).
