Dear members of the Canadian mathematical community,

The CMS is organising a series of webinars in different domains 
including, Education, Research and Equity. The purpose of these webinars 
is to provide content to students, educators and researchers, create a 
space of discussion and interaction during these isolating times, and 
raise funds to continue CMS programs and initiatives in the face of 
COVID financial hardship.

The second webinar in the series will be given by Dr. Juncheng Wei on 
recent new advances in undertanding De Giorgi Conjecture and its deep 
connection with minimal surfaces and Toda systems.

La SMC organise une série de webinaires dans les domaines différents, 
dont l’éducation, la recherche et l’inclusion. L’objectif de ces 
webinaires est d’offrir du contenu aux étudiant.e.s, aux enseignant.e.s 
et aux chercheurs.ses, de créer un espace d’échange intellectuel pendant 
ces moments parfois solitaires et de collecter de fonds pour les 
programmes et les initiatives de la SMC face à des difficultés 
financières causées par la COVID-19.

Le deuxième webinaire de la série s'intitule "Recent Advances in De 
Giorgi Conjecture" et sera présenté par Dr. Juncheng Wei (UBC).
