The Canadian Mathematical Society Student Committee (CMS Studc) and the Atlantic Association for Research in the Mathematical Sciences (AARMS) invite students to present a poster on a topic of their choice on Saturday June 2nd at the AARMS-CMS Student Poster Session during the 2018 CMS Summer Meeting [http://cms.math.ca/Events/summer18/] in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
A limited number of subsidies of $40 each to cover poster printing costs will be offered. These subsidies are assigned on a first come basis and are subject to some conditions.
To register for the poster session, both an abstract must be submitted, and meeting registration must be paid by May 15th. Abstracts can be submitted on this page [https://cms.math.ca/Events/summer18/abs/Create/], while meeting registration can be done through this form [https://cms.math.ca/Events/summer18/registration]. Student members of the CMS who are presenting a poster or talk have significantly reduced registration costs ($30 until April 13th, $45 afterwards).

Le comité étudiant de la Société mathématique du Canada (Studc SMC) et l'Atlantic Association for Research in the Mathematical Sciences (AARMS) invitent les étudiants et étudiantes à présenter une affiche sur le sujet de leur choix le samedi 2 juin à la session de présentations par affiches pour étudiants AARMS-SMC qui aura lieu lors de la Réunion d'été de la SMC 2018 [https://cms.math.ca/Reunions/ete18/] à Fredericton, Nouveau-Brunswick.
Il y aura un nombre limité de subventions d'une valeur de 40$ offertes aux étudiantes et aux étudiants afin de couvrir le coût d'impression des affiches. Ces montants seront attribués aux premières personnes qui en feront la demande et respectant certaines conditions.
Pour vous inscrire à la session, un résumé de la présentation doit être soumis et les frais d'inscription à la réunion doivent être payés avant le 18 mai 2018. Le résumé peut être soumis à cette page [https://cms.math.ca/Reunions/ete18/res/Creer/], tandis que l'inscription à la réunion peut être complétée avec ce formulaire [https://cms.math.ca/Reunions/ete18/registration]. Les membres étudiants de la SMC qui présentent une affiche ou une présentation orale ont droit à un tarif d'inscription réduit (30$ jusqu’au 13 avril et 45$ par la suite).
