The CMS is pleased to announce that *Gregory Smith* (Queen's University) 
is the recipient of the 2012 Coxeter-James Prize.

The Coxeter-James Prize was inaugurated to recognize young 
mathematicians who have made outstanding contributions to mathematical 
research.
