The Symposium will take place June 7-11, 2010, in Fredericton, New 
Brunswick, immediately after the CMS Summer Meeting.

costs 35 dollars, payable in Canadian currency after arrival. If you intend to purchase more than one banquet ticket, please send one copy of this form for each purchase. There are no registration fees 
or reimboursements. Some funding may be available for graduate students only, please enquire.
