Dear Ken, Arvind and Martin,

thank you very much for having put all the hard work required
to put forward this successful bid. A special "thank you" to Ken
who worked with me on the previous bid. I still remember the
very long hours of work that Ken and I spent in preparing the
bid. It's great to see that finally we can host an ICIAM in Canada.
