           PIMS CALL FOR PROPOSALS

        **Deadline: October 1, 2008**

The Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS)
welcomes applications for support of conferences, workshops,
seminars and related activities in the mathematical sciences,
to occur after April 1, 2009. Proposals must be submitted
online, please see

To ensure full consideration, proposals must be received by
the October 1, 2008 deadline. The PIMS Scientific Review Panel
will meet to review proposals in November 2008 and the results
will be announced by December 2008.
