[Webmath] Announcing LeActiveMath release 3

The LeActiveMath project is pleased to announce the third release of 
LeActiveMath server software.
Aside of a large amount of bug fixes. The release 3 comes with new 
search function including search for formulae and metadata in the 
course content, new skin underway and the system-wide-integration of 
the Wiris formula-editor.
