[Webmath] Webmath mailing list relocated

The Webmath mailing list has been relocated to a new server.  The address 
for posting to the list remains unchanged:
     webmath at camel.math.ca

The list's new web page is
     https://mail.cms.math.ca/mailman/listinfo/webmath
and all past archives are available from there.  The page also provides a 
way to subscribe, unsubscribe and change your subscription options.

The list has been rather quiet of late,  but many of the list's 334 
subscribers are knowledgeable and actively involved in math on the web,
so it is hoped that the list will continue to be a valuable source of 
information.
