WebMath: FYI: MathML 2.0 spec

A first working draft of the MathML 2.0 specification is available at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/

"It is expected that there will be at least two more Working Drafts,
appearing at roughly one month intervals, before finalization of the
Working Group's proposed specification MathML 2.0."
