<u><b><big>Childcare at CMS Meetings Survey</big></b></u><br>
<br>
The goal of this survey is to collect data regarding conference
childcare needs of members of the Canadian mathematical community
and other participants of conferences in Canada. The data will be
used <span class="">to determine</span> the need of daycare at
conferences and to optimize resources <span class="">for</span>
increasing and improving the participation in Canadian conferences
of mathematicians who are the main caregivers of children.<br>

Participation is voluntary, anonymous, and highly appreciated.

<b>New: Childcare available for the 2015 CMS Winter Meeting in
Montreal</b><br>
The CMS has arranged on-site childcare for the meeting, and will
partially defray the costs of such childcare. There are a limited
number of places available. The cost to participants will be $50 CAD
per child per day of childcare. If there is high demand, priority
will be given to participants who are speaking in the scientific
sessions. If you wish to apply for such support, please complete the

Here</a>. Applications will be evaluated promptly and as they are

</b><u><b>Garde d'enfants aux réunions et conférences de la SMC</b></u></big><br>

Le but de ce sondage est de recueillir des données concernant les
besoins en garde d'enfants des membres de la communauté mathématique
canadienne ainsi que ceux des autres participants des conférences
mathématiques au Canada. Les données seront utilisées afin
d'optimiser les ressources en termes de garde d'enfants ainsi que
d’augmenter la participation et d'améliorer l’expérience vécue aux
conférences par des mathématiciens qui ont des enfants à leur
charge.<br>

<b>Nouveau ! Garde d'enfants à la réunion d'hiver de la SMC</b><br>
La SMC offrira un service de garde d'enfants au lieu où se déroulera
notre Réunion et remboursera une partie des coûts qui lui sont
associés. Le nombre de places disponibles est limité. Le coût pour
chaque participant sera de 50$ CAD par enfant, par jour de garde. Si
la demande est élevée, la priorité sera accordée aux intervenants
des conférences scientifiques. Si vous souhaitez recourir à ce
