CMS and Studc have acquired a one-time subsidy fund and are happy to <b><font color="#bd252c">reimburse each poster participant $50 to go towards poster printing costs</font></b>. This fund is limited to 40 posters and will be distributed on the first-come first-serve basis, so do not delay.</div><div><br></div><div>The AARMS-CMS Student Poster Session will take place on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8 during the <a href="http://cms.math.ca/Events/winter13/"><i><font color="#5d7837">2013 CMS Winter Meeting</font></i></a> in Ottawa. Everyone is encouraged to present a poster on a topic of their choice in either English or French. Presenters are asked to give a short (~3-5min) informal presentation to the judges; based on the content, organization, and presentation, the judges will choose the top 3 winners. Each winner will receive <b><font color="#bd252c">two complimentary tickets to the banquet</font></b> on December 8th as well as <b><font color="#bd252c">$100</font></b> and a <b><font color="#bd252c">framed award certificate</font></b>. Pour vous inscrire à la session de présentations par affiches, veuillez remplir le formulaire de soumission et payer les frais d'inscription au plus tard<font color="#bd252c"> <b>le 1 novembre</b></font>.</div><div><br></div><div>Le comité étudiant et la SMC ont avalisé la création d'un fonds de support pour cette édition seulement et seront heureux de <b><font color="#bd252c">rembourser les participants de la présentation par affiches jusqu'à concurrence de 50$ pour les frais d'impression</font></b>. Ce financement est limité à 40 affiches et sera distribué selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Inscrivez-vous sans tarder!</div><div><br></div><div>L’installation se fera le vendredi après-midi à compter de 15 h ou le samedi matin. On demande aux participants de faire une courte présentation (~3 min) devant les juges et de rester à leur poste durant la visite des juges pour répondre aux questions. Les gagnants seront annoncés suite aux délibérations du jury. Des prix seront décernés aux trois meilleures affiches en fonction du contenu, de l’organisation et de la présentation. Les prix seront remis lors du banquet qui se tiendra le dimanche 8 décembre. Chaque gagnant recevra <b><font color="#bd252c">deux billets pour le banquet</font></b> ainsi que <b><font color="#bd252c">100 $</font></b> et un<b><font color="#bd252c"> certificat encadré</font></b>.
