The fourth <b>International Conference on Modeling, Simulation, and
Applied Optimization</b> (ICMSAO-11) will be organized in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia between 19 – 21, April 2011. This is a conference that was
founded at <a href="http://www.aus.edu/">AUS</a> in 2005 and is
collobarated with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) to host it in
Malaysia.<br>

for more details. The paper submission deadline is October 30, 2010
(full paper is needed) through the trackchair system (<a

conference theme then please let the conference organizing committee
