<p>The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Grant MacEwan
University invites applications for one full-time faculty position in
Mathematics commencing July 1, 2010. This position will contribute to
the growth and success of MacEwan's four-year Bachelor of Science
degree. The candidate must have a PhD (or solid indication of
imminent completion) in Mathematics, must demonstrate excellence or
clear promise of excellence in teaching, and must demonstrate strong
research ability through an active research program. Applicants
should have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
</p>
<p>Applicants should submit a covering letter with curriculum vitae, a
teaching statement and student evaluations, graduate transcripts, a
statement of research interests and evidence of current scholarly
activity. Candidates should also arrange for three letters of
reference to be sent under separate cover.
</p>

and permanent residents will be given priority.
