[cmath] 52nd Canadian Operator Symposium - first announcement

The 52nd Canadian Operator Symposium will be hosted by the University of
Alberta from May 27 to 31, 2024.

There is a (still very preliminary) conference webpage online at

which will be updated in the weeks and months leading up to the meeting.

Hoping that many of you can make it to come to Edmonton in May!
