The School of Mathematics at Monash University invites applications for 
the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Algebra.

Candidates will be expected to have an outstanding research record and 
help our drive for excellence across the School. Exceptional candidates 
in any area of algebra (interpreted broadly) will be considered. 
Research areas in algebra that are of specific interest include group 
theory, representation theory, computational algebra, Lie theory, and 
algebraic aspects of topology, geometry, graph theory, combinatorics, 
number theory, dynamical systems, artificial intelligence or data science.

Applications must address the selection criteria and be submitted via 
the Monash website. To be considered you will have a PhD in mathematics 
or a related area, proven ability to perform independent research, and a 
strong commitment to teaching and the supervision of research 
students.The School of Mathematics aims at increasing the representation
