[cmath] Virtual 2021 Carleton Combinatorics Meeting Aug 3-5

This is an announcement of the virtual 2021 Carleton Combinatorics
Meeting, which will be held on Zoom on August 3-5, 2021.

This meeting is intended to highlight recent advances in combinatorics,
with a focus on Canadian content. The meeting will have a keynote address
delivered by Emina Soljanin (Rutgers). The remainder of the meeting is
organized into blocks: each block contains talks from an invited speaker
from a Canadian university as well as one or more colleagues nominated
by the invited speaker.
