BOOKS FOR SALE

Almost 2000 books from all areas of pure and applied mathematics,
including some computer science, statistics, and mathematical physics, are
for sale at

This is a fundraiser, and prices are moderate. All proceeds go, in equal
parts, to the CMS and to my own department. In fact, well over 1,000
volumes have been sold since a first announcement three years ago, and the
corresponding funds have gone to the two causes. Several hundred more
volumes have been added on a continuous basis; they are clearly marked.

Most of the books are high-quality used research monographs and
upper-level textbooks, and range in publication date from the late 1800s
to 2016. Most were donated by colleagues, retirees, alumni, and students;
others are review copies and library discards.
