The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) is pleased to announce that
*Professor Stephanie van Willigenburg* (University of British Columbia)
has been named the recipient of the 2017 CMS Krieger-Nelson Prize!

Prof. van Willigenburg will present a lecture and receive her award in
conjunction with the Mathematical Congress of the Americas

The CMS annual awards the Krieger-Nelson Prize to recognize female
mathematicians that have made valuable contributions in the area of
mathematical research.
