[cmath] The value of service teaching?

There is an interesting discussion in response to the CMS' editorial on "Program prioritization and the value of service teaching" (https://cms.math.ca/notes/v47/n2/Notesv47n2.pdf). Something we all are thinking about in mathematics departments across the country as units scramble for funding.
