The CMS is pleased to announce that *Kenneth Davidson *(Waterloo) and 
*Alex Wright *(University of Chicago) are the recipients of the 2013 G. 
de B. Robinson Award for their paper "Operator algebras with unique 
preduals," published in the Canadian Mathematical Bulletin (CMB) (54:3 
2011, 411-421; http://cms.math.ca/10.4153/CMB-2011-036-0).

The G. de B. Robinson Award <http://cms.math.ca/Prizes/info/gbr.html> 
was inaugurated to recognize the publication of excellent papers in the 
Canadian Journal of Mathematics <http://cms.math.ca/cjm/> and the 
Canadian Mathematical Bulletin <http://cms.math.ca/cmb/> and to 
encourage the submission of the highest quality papers to these journals.
