The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) is pleased to announce that Marc 
Ryser is the recipient of the 2013 Doctoral Prize.  Theprize recognizes 
outstanding performance by a doctoral student.  Ryser will receive his 
award and present a lecture at the 2013 CMS Winter Meeting in Ottawa.
