[cmath] PIMS Marsden Memorial Lecture and Reflections on Jerry Marsden's Life and Work, July 25 at Fields

Jerry Marsden was one of the founders of the Fields Institute and its first
Director. Our Focus Program on Geometry, Mechanics and Dynamics -- the
Legacy of Jerry Marsden, July 2012, marks the beginning of the Fields
Institute's Twentieth Anniversary Year.

On Wednesday, July 25, the Fields Institute will be hosting the PIMS Marsden
Memorial Lecture by Richard Montgomery, 'An Octahedral Gem Hidden in
Newton's Three Body Problem'. 

Following the lecture the program will include a session to celebrate Jerry
Marsden's contributions to Fields and to reflect on his life and work.
