ACADEMIC ASSISTANT 3 INSTRUCTOR
The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of
Lethbridge invites applications for a two-year term Academic Assistant-3
Instructor position to begin July 1, 2012, subject to budgetary
approval. Subject to budgetary circumstances and program demands, an
opportunity may exist for conversion to a permanent position.
A Ph.D. in mathematics or statistics is required, and any degree in
computer science would be an asset. This is a teaching position and so
teaching excellence is essential and highly desirable. We are seeking
an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher for this position. The successful
candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses, primarily at
the first and second year levels.
The position is open to all qualified applicants, although preference
will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
