*The SMS is an annual summer school in pure and applied mathematics that 
takes place on the campus of the University of Montreal. The SMS brings 
together extremely high quality lecturers and students from all over the 
world. The school is targeted towards mainly advanced graduate students 
and it consists of roughly 12 courses of around five one-hour lectures 
each spread over two weeks.

Le SMS est une école d'été annuelle en mathématiques pures et appliquées 
qui a lieu sur le campus de l'Université de Montréal.  Le SMS réunit des 
conférenciers de très haut calibre et des étudiants provenant du monde 
entier. L'école cible principalement des étudiants gradués de niveau 
avancé et consiste en une série d'environ 12 cours donnés sous forme de 
5 conférences d'une heure, chacune présentée sur une période de 2 semaines.
