Dear colleagues,

NSERC has finally responded to our posts regarding their policies,  
budget allocations, and the new review system
for the Discovery Grant. See the last 3-4 posts of "Piece of Mind"

binning system. We shall post in the next couple of days concrete  
suggestions to how to improve the system including
a semi-linear mathematical formula !
