The Department of mathematics and statistics invites applications for
one tenure-track position in probability at the rank of Assistant
professor starting in June 2011. A PhD in Mathematics or in a related
discipline is required. Outstanding candidates working on any topics in
probability will be welcome. Expertise in stochastic calculus or
stochastic processes with finance or biology as the main field of

Le Département de mathématiques et de statistique de l'Université de
Montréal sollicite des candidatures à un poste de professeure ou
professeur en probabilités au rang d'adjoint débutant en juin 2011. Un
Doctorat en mathématiques ou dans une discipline jugée pertinente est
requis. Toute candidature exceptionnelle dans le domaine des
