Title of Position: Sessional Lecturer (Math & Interdisciplinary Studies)

Applications are requested to teach the following course:

MATH 0140 YAO: Topics in Math
Topics covered in this course include: numeracy and number sense,
measurement, geometry and
spacial reasoning, atterning, algebra, probability, and data
management. Special attention is given to
the development of a conceptual understanding.

Starting Date and Duration: Fall and Winter Sessions September 2010 - April 2011

Location: Orillia

Qualifications Preferred: PhD (preferred) with experience teaching at
the post secondary
level. Candidates lacking the specific degree qualification, but who
possess an appropriate combination
of experience and other academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
