A call for the latest, #21, Mathematics Education 
and Language diversity,  appears below.
Canada has played a prominent role in these 
studies and Richard Barwell (UOttawa) is on the 
IPC of this Study.  Richard is also an editor of 
FLM.  The deadline for contributions is November 30.
