CMS Winter 2007 Meeting / Réunion d'hiver 2007 de la SMC

We invite you to attend the CMS Winter 2007 Meeting

December 8 to Monday, December 10 at the Hilton Hotel in London, 
Ontario. With 18 scientific sessions 
<http://www.cms.math.ca/Events/winter07/sessions_scientific> and 10 
plenary and prize lectures 
<http://www.cms.math.ca/Events/winter07/schedule_plenary_prize>, this 
meeting has much to offer. Most of the scientific events and all social 
activities will be taking place at the Hilton Hotel.

All participants are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, 
December 8 at 7:00 PM. Those who completed their registration online can 
 pick up their registration package during the event. The Banquet takes 
place on Sunday, December 9. Tickets to this event are available at 
$60.00 each.

Early Bird Registration

To qualify for the discounted Early Bird registration fee, the 
registration form and payment have to be received at the CMS Executive 
Office by the deadline. After this date, the registration fees increase 
by approximately 30%.

Accommodation <http://www.cms.math.ca/Events/winter07/accommodation> - 
Deadline: November 5 and 7

The CMS has secured discounted rates at the Hilton Hotel and the Delta 
Armories Hotel. The reservation deadline is November 5 for the Hilton 
and November 7 for the Delta, after which the discounted rates no longer 
apply. For reservation details and travel information please visit the 
meeting web site.

Nous vous invitons à la Réunion d'hiver 2007 de la SMC

qui se tiendra du samedi 8 décembre au lundi 10 décembre à l'hôtel 
Hilton, à London (Ontario). Le programme de la Réunion saura sans aucun 
doute vous intéresser par ses 18 sessions scientifiques

conférences plénières et conférences de lauréats

plupart des activités scientifiques et sociales se tiendront à l'hôtel

Les participants sont invités à une réception d'accueil le vendredi 8 
décembre à 19 h. Ceux et celles qui auront rempli leur inscription en 
ligne pourront prendre possession de leur trousse d'inscription durant 
la Réunion. Le banquet se tiendra le dimanche 9 décembre. On peut se 
procurer des billets pour le banquet au coût de 60 $ chacun.

Date limite : 18 octobre

Pour avoir droit au tarif réduit de préinscription, le formulaire 
d'inscription accompagné du paiement doivent parvenir au bureau 
administratif de la SMC au plus tard à la date limite. Après cette date, 
les droits d'inscription seront majorés d'environ 30 %.

Date limite : 5 et 7 novembre

La SMC a négocié des chambres à tarif réduit aux hôtels Hilton et Delta. 
La date limite de réservation est le 5 novembre pour le Hilton, et le 7 
novembre pour le Delta, après quoi le tarif réduit ne sera plus offert.
