Brookfield Research Instructorship
Department of Pure Mathematics
University of Waterloo

Applications are being accepted for the Brookfield Research 
Instructorship beginning July 1, 2008, for a duration of two years, 
renewable for a third year subject to mutual agreement between the 
candidate and the Department.

The successful candidate must have a PhD in Mathematics and an 
actively developing research program in one of the areas of 
departmental activity: functional analysis, geometry and topology, 
algebra and logic, or number theory. Duties include research and 
teaching five semester-long course (12 weeks) over a three year 
period. Salary range commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The closing date for applications is December 15, 2007.
