Mathematics & Statistics
Limited Term Contract

DUTIES:

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Thompson Rivers University 
invites applications for a full time, three year limited term position at 
the Assistant Professor level.  The anticipated start date is August 1, 
2007.  The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an active 
research program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates in all areas of Mathematics or Statistics will be considered. 
The successful candidate will have completed a doctoral degree in 
Mathematics or Statistics.  Applicants near completion of their Ph.D. will 
also be considered. Teaching excellence is required.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:  01 August 2007 to 31 July 2010

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS:  Applications will be reviewed commencing 
11 July 2007, and may continue until position is filled.
