[cmath] Selected Back Issues of the CMB and CJM Still Needed

Back Issues of the CMB and CJM

We wish to thank those members who generously donated some of the back 
issues of the Canadian Journal of Mathematics (CJM) and the Canadian 
Mathematical Bulleting that were required for a project involving the 
destructive scanning of back issues of the CJM and CMB.

A small number of back issues are still required to complete two sets 
for each journal.

The details of the issues still required (and the number needed) are 
given as follows:


CJM-1976 - Volume 28 issue 3  (one needed)

CMB-1959 - Volume 2 issue 2   (one needed)
CMB-1959 - Volume 2 issue 3   (one needed)

CMB-1963 - Volume 6 issue 1   (2 needed)
CMB-1963   Volume 6 issue 2   (2 needed)

CMB-1964 - Volume 7 issue 1   (one needed)
CMB-1964 - Volume 7 issue 2   (one needed)

CMB-1967 - Volume 10 issue 3  (one needed)

CMB-1984 - Volume 27 issue 1  (one needed)
