2006 Summer School on Mathematical Modeling of Infectious Diseases, York
University, June 10-20, 2006.

This School is sponsored by The Fields Institute for Research in
Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics for Information Technology and
Complex Systsems, Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences, and
York University.

The purpose of this summer school is to provide effective training for
collaborative research in infectious diseases based on mathematical
modeling and qualitative analysis. The school is designed for
epidemiology and public health graduate students, medical residents and
graduate students in interdisciplinary science programs, in addition to
those in the traditional mathematics and statistics graduate programs.
