The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University
invites applications for a 12-month contractually limited appointment in
Mathematics & Statistics. The starting date for this position is
September 1, 2005. The minimum annual salary for this position is
$51,357.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Mathematics with demonstrated
scholarly and pedagogical strength in any area of Mathematics.
Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of successful
teaching at the university level.

teaching philosophy and practice. Candidates should arrange to have three
