(with apologies that this alert is only in English).  Note that the first planning meeting will be held at the Winter CMS meeting in Montreal, and early registration for that meeting ends on Sept 30.  Comments are welcome and (with permission of the author) will be posted on the website above.  This is an important, and transformative, time in education at all levels, and I am looking forward to an innovative discussion in Montreal.
