The School of Mathematics and Statistics at Carleton University invites 
applications for one tenure-track faculty position at the rank of 
Assistant Professor in Applied Probability, starting July 1, 2010.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Probability or related areas, and a 
strong commitment to excellence in research and teaching. The School is 
particularly interested in candidates who are active in the areas of 
stochastic modeling, stochastic networks, and simulation. The successful 
candidate will be expected to develop a strong externally-funded research 
program, supervise students, as well as develop and teach undergraduate 
and graduate courses. More information about the School can be found at
