Postdoctoral Fellowship in Evolutionary Theory

Applications are sought from outstanding researchers for a 2-year 
postdoctoral position in evolutionary theory, working in the lab of Dr. 
Troy Day in the Departments of Mathematics and Statistics and the 
Department of Biology at Queen's University (www.mast.queensu.ca/~tday). 
The specific research topic is wide open, with current projects in the lab 
focusing on developing theory for kin selection and spatial models of 
evolution, host/parasite epidemiology and (co)evolution, evolutionary 
immunopathology, genomic imprinting and nongenetic inheritance, and coral 
bleaching. The successful applicant will be free to conduct research in 
any of these or other related areas of interest. Ideally the position will 
be taken up by Sept. 1, 2008 but there is some flexibility in start date. 
Salary will be C$40,000 per year.
